This dissertation explores the potential of augmented reality (AR) as a tool for anxiety self-management among university students. It create immersive experiences based on breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques to help students manage anxiety in real-time.
Biomechanical Form Corrector for Real-Time Haptic Feedback in Strength Training
This dissertation focuses on the development of a biomechanical form corrector that provides real-time haptic feedback during strength training exercises. The study aims to improve exercise technique and reduce the risk of injury.
